Membership

1.Qualification
All   the   construction   machinery   manufacturing   enterprises,   maintenance enterprises,          circulation enterprises, users,    universities,    research  institutes,    social    organizations and other construction          machinery   organizations   that  have    obtained    the business    license    issued by the Industrial and          Commercial Administration and who embrace    the rules and    regulations of CCMA and voluntarily join           CCMA can apply for membership.

2.Membership Application Procedure
(1)Please download “CCMA membership application form" from the CCMA’s website. Please fill in four copies  all with  the  company  stamp, and   send  them  to CCMA  Secretariat  with  a  copy  of   the organization’s  business license. Address: Building 1,  No.26  Yuetan South Street, Xicheng  District,  Beijing. Recipient: Recruit & Branch Dept of China Construction Machinery Association. Post Code: 100825, Tel: 010-68516377.
(2) After receiving the application form, the Recruit & Branch Dept will submit it to the relevant leader for approval and make a "membership certificate" for    the members who are qualified    within 10 working days.
(3) "Membership Card" will be issued after payment of membership fee and other related fees is made.

3.Member’s Rights
(1) The right to elect, to be elected and to vote in CCMA;
(2) Participation in the activities organized by CCMA;
(3) Have priority to the services provided by CCMA;
(4) The right to criticize, make suggests to and supervise the work of CCMA;
(5) Voluntary joining and withdrawing.

4.Member’s Obligations:
(1) To implement the resolutions of CCMA;
(2) To safeguard lawful rights and interests of CCMA;
(3) To complete the work assigned by CCMA;
(4) To provide industry-related data and information;
(5) To pay the membership fees according to the regulations of CCMA.

5.Way of Withdrawal
(1) Members should notify CCMA Secretariat in writing and return the “Membership Card".
(2) If a member who does not pay membership fees or does not attend the CCMA’s events for two years without any justifiable reasons, the member can be regarded as automatic withdrawal.
