On April 2017, CCMA received trademark registration certificate (No. 14891230 & 14891232) that issued by Trademark Office of The State Administration for Industry & Commerce of the P.R.C. At this point, the LOGO graphics and "CCMA", which are composed of the first letter of "China Construction Machinery Association", have been successfully approved as "registered trademarks". Valid from July 28, 2015 to July 27, 2025.

The approved use of the trademark of the CCMA covers the scope of the trademark registration of international classification in the 4,7,12,17,35-37,41-42,45 and other 10 categories of nearly 80 engineering machinery industry-related products and service items.

The purpose to apply for "CCMA" trademark registration is to protect the industry service brand image and good social reputation set up through 30 years’efforts in construction machinery industry, while preventing the "CCMA" logo fromabuse, fraud and improper use. To maintain China's construction machinery industry brand and image, build the market integrity, and promote healthy and orderly development of the industry.
